These are some good little pucks! I’ve loaned them out and used them myself to rotate tires. They are a little tight fit but that’s good you don’t want them falling out but you need a screwdriver or something to get them off the car. Great price and you get a nice tote bag.
Read a lot of articles and notice that Jack pad is a must for Tesla owner, as it is essential to protect your battery system. Check several different brand and eventually select Basenor as I had purchased several other Tesla accessories from them. Product looks good and did the work. Recommended to all Tesla owner!
This is a MUST HAVE to keep with your Tesla. These will protect your car from damage when lifted by a jack to do routine maintenance and tire services. Fits well, made of durable materials and does not have any weird smell or odors. Also comes with a high quality zippered storage case. Glad to have found these for such a great price.
I live in a colder environment and as such install a different set of rims twice each year. If I do it myself (or even at a shop) I recommend using these pucks to insure there’s no stress on the under-carriage. These. We’re well packaged, solid construction and fit well into the four holes snuggly.
Mine came in looking new and did NOT have a huge impact on a strong smell. All these people complaining about a “smell” are so stupid, it smells like any other regular rubber material. Haven’t used them yet but did insert them into the Tesla proper placement and they all fit great!!

These are great jack pads for Tesla. I got these so that I can do my own tire rotations and also for road side emergencies. What I like about is its unique design and strong plastic material. it fits wells with the Rubber O Ring in the post of the pad. It keeps it in place in the jack port of the car and it assures me that it the jack pad post will not get stuck in the jack port if the card because it is the ORing that keeps it there and not the actual post. So it is easier to remove after jacking up the car. It comes in a nice case. Definitely recommended as a must have for a Tesla owner.
I didn't really understand the point of having the o-rings till I got these. This is my first Tesla, and I wanted to be able to replace the tires without having to bring it in to the service center. Looked up the how-to and I saw that you need these special pucks to lift the car.I saw these had decent reviews so I got a set, the o-ring is a really nice touch because you can line it up insert it then put the jack stand underneath without having to fuss around and get everything lined up perfectly. They stayed in place without me having to do anything special!
I saw many other brands did not work with the newer Model Y's but I confirmed this one did when you use the bigger o-rings as the description says. I did not notice a bad smell (but I did not put them to my nose either). I did not actually use it to jack up my car. I just wanted to have them just incase I ever do need them. The case is VERY nice. The only complaint is I wish the o-rings came in a little baggie or something because they go all over the place when you open it. I just put them into a sandwich bag. Tip: When they are in the car they have a pretty tight hold. Make sure to put the case or something between your hand and the concreate; I got a pretty good cut on my finder from pulling one out.
The images in the product description have conflicting information about which O-ring to use for which vehicle model, and the small O-ring image is above the Large size description. The Instructions that come with the product do not differentiate between Austin built and Fremont built Model Y. It is not clear which O-ring to use for the various vehicle models
I bought this Tesla floor jack pucks for my 2024 Model Y Fremont made. I researched a bit and found many pucks are made of rubber of different grades. I ran across Basenor pucks that are made of 100 % TPE, harder than rubber. Since this is a vital part to avoid Tesla battery damage whenever jacking up is needed, better not cheap on the quality. Basenor product tend to have higher and more consistent quality. I happened to have my first tire rotation and I did it in Costco. Before I went, Costco tire center assured me they have pucks and they have serviced Tesla all the time. When the technician was about to jack up my Tesla, I was nearby and saw he did not use any puck. I caught it in time and asked why not, he said he only has pucks for Model X and Model 3. He could not locate those for Model Y. I immediately offered mine which are in my trunk. They worked really well since I have made sure the right size of o-ring (actually default one) was used for my Model Y before keeping them handy in the trunk (Try fit them and they will stick under Jack point if perfect fit.). This really saved my day. They kept the car jacked up for about an hour. After service, the brand new pucks still look great.Not too happy about Costco technician did not keep pucks available for all Tesla models. If they have these Basenor pucks, they only need to keep one complete set to switch o-rings to fit different Teslas. I'll call their tire center manager (San Diego area) later to explain the difference of puck size for different Tesla models. Hope they will propagate the info and do some training since more and more Costco are servicing Tesla tires (New tires or simply rotate). For Tesla owners, get this and keep it in the trunk all the times. Always check, verify and insist whoever services and Jack up your car to use one that are the same or better than yours.

Case is compact and sturdy. Jack's are solid rubber and look great. Haven't used them to Jack up my car, but they look like they'll hold up well. Great seller.
These are exactly what every Tesla owner needs. Very sturdy and they come in a very nice storage…thing (what are they called?). I keep them in the trunk with the charge cable for emergencies. Must have!

First, let me say that the product is great. It works exactly as described. The quality of both packaging and the jack pucks is high. I've used this several times to jack up my model Y for a tire rotation.I unfortunately lost one of the pucks after a rotation and I emailed the seller to see if I can get a replacement. They were very quick to reply and resolve my issue. 5+ star service.If you need a jacking puck for your Tesla, I would not hesitate buying this one!

Model 3 performance, works as they should, stay in place and easy to remove. Handy to have when you go to a tire shop that doesn't have them. A bunch of people on here complain of the smell. They are not that bad. It's the first thing I did after i ordered them was open it up and sniff. I even had my wife smell them and she said it just smells like rubber. I would recomend

These look like a good product. But, whoever said they didn't smell must have a broken nose. They smell horrible. I'll let these air out for a weel or so before putting them in the trunk.
The quality was good. It was packaged properly and arrived on time in perfect condition. I will definitely buy again from this seller.
